Abstract

Through this research paper are delivered partial results that identify the introduction of the expiration in the Colombian legal system since the twentieth century, due to the adoption of the theory of public contracts taken from French law. This identification allows to analyze whether the time, including due process for contractors when the State exercised the expiration of the contract (the state acting as a judge —when He wills expiration— and as part —for being one end of the relationship legal bargaining—)
