Abstract

This article has the purpose of founding how the State Confederation is the supra-state structure that favors the institutional homogenization for the Latin-American and Caribbean integration thus guaranteeing the fulfilling of the normative contents of the process. To get to perform a structural proposal, it is necessary to begin from theoretical and historical foundations and the systematization of its institutional and normative framework.
