Abstract
This article presents and criticizes the main argument of those in Colombia, who oppose to the land restitution and reparation of the internal armed conflict victims Acts. It is shown that this argument is a variant of the fallacy known as “slippery slope arguments”, and the reasons why in this case the reasoning is incorrect are specified.
